WAVERLY, Iowa- It's taken a long time, but an Iowa serviceman who died in Vietnam will finally be buried with
full military honors. Donald McGrane, of Waverly, was a Navy Aviation Anti-submarine technician on a
helicopter flying a search and rescue mission when enemy fire shot it down in July, 1967. McGrane and three
crew members died in the crash. Since then searchers found their remains, but it took years to identify them all.
Now all four will be buried together April 2nd, at Arlington National Cemetery.
This is probably the best search list
ever compiled about Vietnam.

It would take months to look at everything this site offers.

A wonderful **multi**-dimensional tribute to those who served in Vietnam.*

This is probably one of the best videos on Vietnam that I have seen.  It
certainly brought back memories.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/6_5gJVXK0gI

*This video is 28 minutes long* , so be sure you have time to watch it all
the way through. There are thousands of similar accounts of those who
served in Vietnam, and this video does a great job of accurately expressing
many of those experiences.

Please pass this on to others – Veterans who served in any capacity.
Spring District meetings with the Department Reps listed.
Posts that wish to submit resolutions at State Convention, remember you need to present said resolution to the

District first.  It must be voted on and if it passes, it will then be brought before the State Convention

Resolutions Committee for consideration.
